Water yoga is a great way to burn calories, but it is also gentle on your bones, joints and muscles. It is a great way to play with poses in a safe and fun way. It is also good for the heart and circulatory system and aids in relieving pain from arthritis and muscle aches. Allow the warm water to restore your soul!!! Water temperature between 86-90 degrees. Classes run May thru the month of September (and sometimes October).
