Just Breathe

Every day we take countless numbers of breaths but do we take a moment to really focus on that intake?  In a book i am currently reading for yoga therapy it states that when we breathe normally our intake of air is 1/4 of a cup, but when we engage our diaphragm and focus on a deep breath that number changes to 1 1/4 quarts.  Think about how much more oxygen you are getting to the brain, cells, and organs by taking a few deep breaths each day.
